PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1211)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate to join their Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. This group is composed of approximately 100 attorneys who advise clients on patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, trade secrets, and related issues. The Patent Litigation team enforces and defends clients' patent rights in cutting-edge areas of technology. Ideal applicants would have a minimum of three years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings, as well as a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Familiarity with source code is preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references. Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
