PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2383)
Description
Our client is seeking a second to fourth-year associate for high technology patent litigation in their Palo Alto or San Francisco offices. The associate will be an integral part of patent litigation teams, working with attorneys across the firm to advise companies ranging from start-ups to multibillion-dollar corporations. Responsibilities include representing clients at trials, strategic counseling, and collaborating with other practice groups. Candidates should have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, applied math, or similar disciplines, and preferably experience litigating in federal court. Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, research, and interpersonal skills are required.
