Our client is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property practice group. This role offers flexibility in location, with opportunities available in Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Cincinnati, Cleveland, or Columbus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, drafting discovery responses and requests, and motions practice. A technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering is preferred. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and demonstrate the ability to build client and peer relationships within a team-oriented culture.
