PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3610)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate with 2-3 years of experience in sophisticated, complex litigation, particularly in defending patent litigation cases, to join their expanding Intellectual Property practice group. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong, positive presence with excellent advocacy abilities. Stellar academic and research skills, along with an entrepreneurial drive and initiative, are preferred. A technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is advantageous but not mandatory. The position is available in multiple locations, including Austin, Atlanta, D.C., Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley, with bar admission required in the jurisdiction of practice.
