Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate to join their Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. This group, consisting of approximately 100 attorneys, advises clients on the life cycle of their critical assets, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. The Patent Litigation team is known for its trial and appellate expertise, strategic approaches, and technological knowledge, representing clients in cutting-edge technology sectors. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience in PTAB/IPR, district court patent litigation, and/or ITC proceedings, along with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Familiarity with source code is preferred, and candidates must have excellent academic credentials and references. A current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
