Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join their Intellectual Property and Technology group in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of patent litigation experience, including expertise in pleadings, discovery, brief writing, depositions, and court appearances. A background in computer science with the ability to read and understand source code is strongly preferred, though candidates with an Electrical Engineering degree and source code experience will also be considered. Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials, strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, and be admitted to practice in New York.
