Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a skilled associate with over 3 years of experience in patent litigation and a background in technology or life sciences. The role involves preparing and trying patent cases, conducting Markman hearings, performing technical analyses, managing discovery, collaborating with experts, and drafting legal documents. Candidates should have a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC. Experience in district court or before the International Trade Commission is required, along with a background in electrical engineering, computer science, biology, immunology, or biochemistry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. The position requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time.
