Description
Our client is seeking a Patent Litigation Senior Associate or Counsel with 7-10 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property practice group. This role offers flexibility in location, with options in Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Cincinnati, Cleveland, or Columbus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigating cases related to computer, software, wireless device, or medical device technologies, and must possess significant experience with Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) practice, including handling inter partes reviews (IPRs) from start to finish. Registration to practice before the USPTO is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, a robust work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to build client and peer relationships within a team-oriented environment.
