Description
Our client is seeking an associate with experience in ITC section 337 investigations to be based in their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate should have experience in federal district court patent, trademark, or copyright litigation, or other international trade remedy investigations. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, two to five years of section 337 experience. An undergraduate technical degree is beneficial, but not required, for candidates with relevant experience.
