PATENT PROSECUTION ASSOCIATE (0048)
Description
Our client, a transatlantic firm, is looking for a junior to mid level associate to join their patent prosecution practice. Candidates must have a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field and IP experience in drafting and patent prosecution. A plus is having design engineering experience with a chip manufacturer. Applicants with experience in networking, software, the 3G, 4G, or 5G wireless networks are preferred as well as 2 to 6 years of legal experience and be USPTO-admitted. California bar license is a plus.
