Description
Our client is seeking junior to mid-level associates to join their Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to all their firm offices, with a preference for candidates based in major cities across the United States. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering and industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Preferred experience includes patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies, data science/AI, networking technologies, especially network security, and/or machine learning/artificial intelligence and hardware security.
