Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Patent Prosecution Attorney (2-7 years) to join their Intellectual Property team. This full-service law firm boasts over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide and a nationally recognized IP practice with more than 100 attorneys and patent agents. The role involves drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO and international patent offices, representing clients in Inter Partes Reviews before the PTAB, and advising clients on patentability assessments, strategies, and portfolio management. The team specializes in a broad spectrum of sciences, technologies, and industries, serving clients from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in areas such as consumer products, wireless communications, automotive technologies, and more.
