PATENT PROSECUTION ASSOCIATE (3154)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior Patent Associate to join their Intellectual Property group in various office locations, including Chicago, Denver, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Washington DC, or Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical fields. A degree in engineering is preferred. Candidates must hold state bar admission and be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The role requires strong collaboration skills, a client-focused mindset, and excellent academic credentials, along with strong written and oral communication abilities.
