Description
Our client seeks a Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property Practice, specifically within the Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Bio Team, based in Boston. Remote opportunities may be considered. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and enthusiastic, with some experience in patent prosecution, application drafting, and diligence. Candidates must be registered with the USPTO, and an advanced degree (PhD) or equivalent industry experience is preferred. Associate candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts or willing to take the next available bar exam. The role requires 4+ years of experience in preparing/prosecuting patents in materials science or chemistry.
