Description
Our client, an AM law 100 ranked firm and well known for its hiring flexibility, is in need of an attorney (non-partnership track) to join their patent prosecution team. A USPTO-registered attorney with a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field and four years of expertise in patent prosecution would be the perfect candidate. Top applicants will have training in software application drafting and prosecution as well as experience with networking, enterprise software systems, artificial intelligence/machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and those technologies. Please expect a request for transcripts and writing samples relating to patents. This attorney role is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions and includes a lower annual billable hour requirement.
