Description
Our client is seeking smart, imaginative, and hard-working individuals with diverse backgrounds to join their team as Patent Agents. This role involves supporting lawyers with patent prosecution tasks such as analyzing invention disclosures, performing patent searches, drafting patent applications, and preparing office action responses. The Patent Agent will manage patent portfolios, work closely with lawyers on patent litigation, perform due diligence, and support other legal activities. Key duties include managing patent portfolios and dockets, drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO, direct client communication, analyzing scientific documents, and staying updated on intellectual property legal developments.
