The ideal candidate will be admitted to the New York Bar and possess at least seven years of personal injury litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense, New York Labor Law, and managing a litigation caseload from inception to conclusion. Key responsibilities include compliance with carrier guidelines, taking and defending depositions, drafting legal documents such as summary judgment motions, and conducting legal research. The role demands excellent analytical and writing skills, strong communication abilities, and court appearances.
