Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with Civil and Commercial Litigation experience to join its General Liability Practice in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar and possess 3-6 years of experience in areas such as Personal Injury Insurance Defense, compliance with carrier guidelines, and managing a litigation caseload. Key responsibilities include taking/defending depositions, drafting summary judgment motions, handling court conferences, and conducting legal research. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to appear in court and provide timely reporting. The General Liability Practice is known for its expertise in defending significant exposure cases and has received notable recognition for its trial successes.
