Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney for their Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for attorneys with litigation experience who are eager to advance their careers and take on significant defense litigation responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and possess 5+ years of defense litigation experience, particularly in general liability, transportation, personal injury, and catastrophic bodily injury. Key responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload, collaborating with other attorneys and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients. Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities, are essential.
