The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Connecticut, and have at least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation, preferably with personal injury defense. Experience in transportation, trucking, energy, and maritime industries is advantageous. Responsibilities include managing a litigation caseload independently, handling court appearances, depositions, and collaborating closely with other attorneys on legal projects.
