The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess at least 2 years of defense litigation experience. Experience in handling transportation, motor vehicle accident, and personal injury matters is preferred. The role involves managing a litigation caseload independently, working cases from beginning to end, making regular court appearances, handling depositions, and maintaining client communication.
