This role involves collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to evaluate and resolve cases using a Legal Project Management approach. Ideal candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in New York, and possess over 5 years of experience defending personal injury claims in NY Supreme Courts. Key responsibilities include claim investigation, medical causation evaluation, conducting depositions, applying CPLR discovery rules, and handling court appearances.
