The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in transportation claims and motor vehicle accidents, and must be well-versed in California state court and civil procedure. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong community commitment, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
