Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level pharmacy associate to join their Health Care and/or Insurance practice groups in Minneapolis, Florham Park, NJ, or Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in pharmacy law, preferably as a pharmacist attorney or an attorney with experience in pharmacy-related legal matters. Responsibilities include handling pharmacy regulation and compliance, online pharmacies, telehealth, licensing, DEA and controlled substances, drug distribution, compounding, and pharmacy benefits and reimbursement. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and a commitment to client service are required.
