Our client is seeking a midlevel Pharmacy Associate to join their team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in pharmacy law and FDA regulatory matters, with experience in pharmaceutical compliance, pharmacy operations, drug development, and compounding. Key responsibilities include advising clients on FDA regulatory issues, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, assisting with FDA approval processes, and drafting agreements related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution. The role requires a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the DC bar or eligibility to waive in, and 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment are essential.
