PRACTICE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3258)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Practice Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team, focusing on financial services litigation. The role is available in either New York or Philadelphia, and requires candidates to manage all phases of litigation, with significant in-court experience, including drafting and arguing motions and appeals. While experience in bankruptcy and class action litigation is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Ideal candidates should be organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with strong academic and professional credentials. Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York or New Jersey and Pennsylvania is required, with admission in all three jurisdictions being a plus. This is a non-partner track position.
