Description
Our client, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Privacy Counsel to join their growing Privacy Office within the Office of General Counsel. This role, based in Philadelphia with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule, involves reviewing global vendor contracts, performing due diligence, and conducting risk assessments related to vendor engagement. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating third-party vendor agreements, improving privacy agreements and legal processes, advising internal teams on risk minimization, and collaborating with Information Security and Procurement Services. Candidates should have a JD degree, be a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar, and possess a minimum of 5 years of contract review and privacy advisory experience.
