Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with a minimum of two years of experience in privacy law to join their dynamic Data Protection, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Team. The successful candidate will provide guidance on emerging privacy issues, draft policies, and offer general privacy counseling. Expertise in areas such as consumer privacy, ad tech, comprehensive state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA), federal privacy laws (e.g., GLBA, FCRA, COPPA, FTC Act), health information privacy, artificial intelligence laws, and international data transfer regulations (e.g., GDPR) is highly desirable. The role involves drafting privacy policies, negotiating privacy-related contracts, and conducting compliance assessments. Candidates should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, oral, and writing skills, along with good judgment and attention to detail.
