Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an associate with 3+ years of significant incident response experience to join their Privacy & Cyber practice group. The role involves navigating all aspects of the incident response process, collaborating with insurance carriers, and communicating with third parties, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic and professional credentials, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable managing their own caseload and client relationships, and have the ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision. Specialized industry experience in the healthcare or financial services space and CIPP certification is a plus. Candidates must be in good standing in the state where they wish to practice.
