PRIVACY & CYBER LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1316)
Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Privacy & Cyber practice group. The location is flexible and the ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of significant litigation and case management experience. This includes managing day-to-day case activities, leading fact investigations, researching legal issues, developing litigation strategies, drafting pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating with opposing counsel, and managing junior attorneys. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing client relationships. They should also have the ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision and manage workflow for larger projects. Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or litigating other privacy-related statutes is a plus. Candidates must be in good standing in the state where they wish to practice.
