PRIVACY CYBER LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3614)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Privacy & Cyber practice group in any of their offices. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of significant litigation and case management experience, including managing day-to-day case activities, leading fact investigations, researching legal issues, developing litigation strategies, drafting pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel. Strong academic and professional credentials, analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships are essential. Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is advantageous. Candidates must be in good standing in the state where they wish to practice.
