Description
Our client, a nationally-ranked Privacy & Information Security Law Practice group, is seeking a senior level associate or Special Counsel with a robust background in federal and state privacy law. The role involves routine client counseling and assistance in data privacy, information security, advertising, marketing technology, and other consumer protection law matters. Ideal candidates should have previous law firm experience, at least 7 years in Privacy law, extensive experience in U.S. state privacy laws, general familiarity with international privacy laws, and experience with regulatory investigations or privacy litigation. Candidates must possess excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills, strong academic credentials, and interpersonal skills. The position is open to candidates in any office, with a preference for those based in Washington, D.C. Bar admission is required.
