Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join its 3rd – 6th year class for the Private Clients, Trusts & Estates group in their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, including drafting, implementing, and administering sophisticated lifetime and testamentary planning strategies, as well as handling estate and trust administration. Responsibilities include advising high net worth individuals, families, and family offices, drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents, researching and projecting tax implications, preparing client educational materials, and direct client communication. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in IL, able to manage multiple projects, and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
