Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its leading Private Credit Department in one of its offices located in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters from a nationally recognized law firm or equivalent legal background. Essential qualifications include demonstrated lending experience, with borrower-side exposure being advantageous, and a broad understanding of various financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
