Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its leading Private Credit Department, with opportunities to work from offices in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters from a nationally recognized law firm or equivalent legal background. Essential qualifications include demonstrated lending experience, with borrower-side exposure being advantageous, and a broad understanding of various financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Additional experience with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is beneficial.
