Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its leading Private Credit Department, with opportunities available in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters from a nationally recognized law firm or equivalent legal background. Essential qualifications include demonstrated lending experience, with borrower-side exposure being advantageous, and a broad understanding of various financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Additional experience in asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is also beneficial.
