Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its leading Private Credit Department in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or equivalent legal experience. Essential qualifications include demonstrated lending experience, with borrower-side exposure being advantageous, and a broad background in various financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
