Description
Our client in Houston is seeking M&A associates from the class of 2018-2021 for their corporate practice group. Ideal candidates will have experience representing private equity sponsors and both private and public companies in M&A and other investment transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal teams, and overseeing signing and closing processes. Experience leading deal teams is a plus. Candidates must embody core values such as being future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative.
