Our client, a premier law firm with a leading practice in finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity, is seeking 2nd-3rd year associates to join their Private Equity practice in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of private equity and leveraged buyout transactions. Ideal candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar or eligible to waive in, and must possess outstanding academic credentials along with law firm experience.
