Our client is seeking a midlevel Private Equity associate for their offices in Charleston, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, and Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of private equity experience, including corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies. The role involves working with a variety of national and international clients and collaborating with lawyers across the firm's global platform, requiring flexible hours.
