Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity Group in Austin. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and other general corporate matters. Candidates must hold a JD and be admitted to practice in Texas, with direct experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC. Essential skills include strong analytical and writing abilities, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
