Description
Our client is seeking attorneys with a demonstrated interest in transactional work to join their Private Equity practice as part of their Professional Track Attorney program in Boston. This role involves working on client projects across various practices, industries, and borders. Responsibilities include acting as the primary attorney for diligence on M&A transactions, supporting leveraged buy-out transactions, and representing clients in equity grants and corporate governance matters. Candidates must have a JD and be admitted to practice in Massachusetts. The role requires effective communication, timely and accurate work product, and availability to meet deadlines.
