PRIVATE EQUITY ASSOCIATE (2949)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Private Equity Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments. A Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice in New York are required. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
