Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking mid-level associates to join their Private Equity Group in various locations, including Atlanta, Austin, Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and Miami. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments. A Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction are required. Candidates should have direct experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC, along with strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills. The role demands excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, and the capacity to work collaboratively and independently.
