Description
Our client is seeking a 4th-6th year associate with expertise in private equity and leveraged buyout transactions to join their Private Equity practice in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a wide range of private equity transactions within a leading practice. Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligible to waive in) and maintain good standing.
