PRIVATE EQUITY ASSOCIATE (3855)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity Group in the San Francisco or Palo Alto area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments. A Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice in California are required, along with direct experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
