Our client is seeking a midlevel Private Equity associate to join their team in Charleston, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, or Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in private equity, focusing on the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and the operations of Private Equity portfolio companies. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required. The role involves working with a diverse range of national and international clients and collaborating with lawyers across a global platform, necessitating flexible working hours.
