Our client is seeking associates with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to engage in sophisticated and challenging work within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general middle-market corporate matters. Experience with automotive dealership and franchise law is a plus. The team advises a wide range of clients, including listed companies across various industries and closely-held and family-owned companies. The firm also has a sophisticated Family Office practice serving high net worth clients. The firm offers a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule.
