Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate (class of 2022 - 2020) to join their Private Investment Funds practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in both team collaboration and managing significant components of fund formation transactions within the private equity, real estate, and/or technology sectors. Proficiency with private placements under the 33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act, and familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act is essential. Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
