Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with 6–7 years of experience to join their Private Equity Group. The ideal candidate should have experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently. They should have specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits, and equity compensation. The candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly), and a deal sheet are required.
